How does the referral program work?
Our referral program is simple: For the Referrer (You): For each new paying customer you refer, you receive a specific number of free days added to your subscription. The number of days depends on the plan your friend chooses. For the Referred Friend: They receive a 10% discount on their first subscription payment. This one-time discount applies whether they choose a monthly or an annual plan.
How many free days do I get per referral?
The number of free days you earn depends on the subscription plan your referred friend purchases for their first payment: Connector Plan: You get 3 free days. Starter Plan: You get 7 free days. Pro Plan: You get 15 free days. Elite Plan: You get 30 free days.
'When do I receive my reward?
To prevent abuse from refunds or cancellations, your reward is credited 14 days after your referred friend makes their first successful payment. It is not applied during their free trial. If they subscribe directly to a paid plan, your reward is scheduled for 14 days after their payment. If they start with a free trial, the 14-day countdown begins only after the trial ends and they make their first payment.
Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn?
Yes, there are two limits: You can receive a maximum of 30 free days per month. If you refer multiple friends and the total rewards exceed 30 days in a 30-day rolling period, any excess rewards for that period will be forfeited. The system resets on a rolling basis, not by calendar month.
Can I get a referral code during my free trial?
