Overview

KuCoin offers some of the broadest altcoin coverage among global crypto exchanges. Sferica connects KuCoin via Tickerly through two separate connectors — KuCoin Spot and KuCoin Futures (USDT-margined perpetuals) — so you can deploy rules-based strategies on hundreds of pairs including small-cap altcoins not available elsewhere. Trades stream back to Sferica for live PnL tracking.

Setup in 3 Steps

1. Create a KuCoin API key

   In KuCoin API management, create a trade-only key (no withdrawal needed). KuCoin Spot needs API key + secret only. KuCoin Futures additionally requires an API passphrase — set one when you create the futures key.

2. Add the connector

   Open the KuCoin Spot or KuCoin Futures connector in Sferica. For Spot, enter key + secret. For Futures, enter key + secret + passphrase.

3. Start a strategy

   Select a KuCoin-tagged strategy from the Sferica leaderboard and activate on the matching connector.
